Delete your Unplug account

How to request deletion

1. Open the Unplug contact form using the button below.
2. Enter the same email address you use to sign in to the Unplug app.
3. Write Delete my Unplug account in your message and submit the form.

We may contact you at your sign-in email to verify ownership. Requests are completed within 30 days. Uninstalling the app by itself does not delete your account.

What will be deleted

• Your Unplug sign-in account and profile information.
• Synced modes, blocked-app selections, schedules, and preferences.
• Synced session and activity history.
• Paired-device identifiers and emergency-access records linked to your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Store orders and payment records are separate from your Unplug app account and may be retained where the law requires it. Any retained data is restricted to those purposes and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
